A Note from Fred:

The fourth area of Casa Faith Formation is "Young Adult Ministry." 

 

This ministry is the most unique out of all of them because it requires very different models than the others.  Young adults (currently described in the Church as 18-39 year old's) are extremely diverse and have many different spiritual needs (i.e. young singles, young married couples, young parents, young LGBTQ, 30-somethings, college students, etc.)  There are very few young adult "programs" out there that adequately address the needs of these groups all in one swoop.  Often, they each require their own ministry!

Therefore, our plan for young adult ministry is to do a lot of listening first and then to get creative so as to "meet them where they are."
